CEREMONY LOCATIONS

There are a number of locations available for your ceremony in the local area, as well as our venue.

Below is a list of parks and venues to help you find your perfect location. You are welcome to ask our team also!

For park use and permission, you will need to contact the Northern Beaches Council.

MOBY DICKS WHALE BEACH

You are welcome to hold your ceremony onsite at Moby Dicks, Whale Beach. We offer our outdoor courtyard space for your ceremony onsite location, which is nestled into the garden. During the ceremony guests will gather on the stairs overlooking the garden courtyard, while other guests are seated in the courtyard. We also offer seated + standing space for your guests on the balcony upstairs - overlooking the courtyard.

GOVERNOR PHILLIP PARK

This spot offers spectacular coastal views and is ideal for any size wedding. The North end of the carpark on Station Beach (or the grassy spot above the beach) is a gorgeous spot and boastes water views all the way to the Central Coast. Another popular spot is located on the beach side of Governor Philip Park near the Surf Lifesaving Club.

LUCINDA PARK

Located on Iluka Road in Palm Beach, Lucinda Park features a peaceful setting with beautiful views across Pittwater to Great Mackeral Beach and the Kuring-gai National Park.

• No cap on guest number (100-120 is comfortable)

• No limit on Weddings per month

• Alcohol permitted

SNAPPERMAN BEACH

This is a gorgeous private white sandy beach. Explore the breathtaking views and little grassy garden via the tree lined path on Iluka Road, please note Pittwater Council limits the park to only two bookings per month.

• Only two Weddings per month are permitted

• No bookings on Sunday or Public Holidays

• 100 guests maximum

• Alcohol not permitted

• No marquees/infrastructure

THE BIBLE GARDEN

Located on Mitchell Road Palm Beach, this spot boasts lovely lawn terraces, garden beds, an ornamental pond and seating overlooking Palm Beach and Pittwater towards Barrenjoey Headland.

• Only one Wedding per month is permitted

• No time extension available (3 hours only)

• 60 guests maximum

• Amplified music not acceptable, however, chamber/instrumental music is allowed

• Limited parking – encourage car-pooling

• Letterbox drop to residents 2 weeks prior

• Encroachment on private property in the surrounding area is not permitted

WHALE BEACH

Located in front of Moby Dicks, Whale Beach is a large, mostly flat East facing beach surrounded by beautiful pine trees.

• No cap on guest number

• No limit on Weddings per month

• Alcohol permitted on grass only (not sand)

CLAREVILLE BEACH

A picturesque, enclosed flat-water beach on Pittwater with lots of grassy areas.

• One booking per weekend (Friday-Sunday)

• No time extension available (3 hours only)

• No marquees/tents/shade structures

• No power available

• No restroom facilities

• 60 guests maximum

• Amplified music not acceptable, however, chamber/instrumental music is allowed

• Please note on your invitation for guests to park along Pacific Road only (no parking along Mitchell Road)

MALO RESERVE

Overlooking Whale Beach is a gorgeous headland with magnificent views over Whale Beach.

ST DAVID’S ANGLICAN CHURCH

This is a lovely church located in the main part of Palm Beach on Barrenjoey Road.

THE AVALON

Located on the upper level of Avalon Beach SLSC. It has 180 degree ocean views and is perfect for your ceremony in rain, hail or shine.
