WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE HIRE FEE?

The Boathouse Team to set up, pack down, + to take care of you + your guests for the duration of your Conference, floral displays on rustic tables in entrance + main room, note pads, pens, + mints.  

DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

Yes. We will set an A-frame out on the day with details for you + your guests

WHAT TYPE OF AV CAN YOU PROVIDE?

The venue has a 1 wireless handheld microphone you can use complimentary. If you require our TV, additional costs apply.  

DO YOU PROVIDE AV CONNECTIONS?

We have some generic connections from TV to a device however we always recommend bringing in any additional items.

CAN WE USE THE DOWNSTAIRS AREA FOR LUNCH OR BREAKOUTS?

The café runs independently from upstairs + does not take reservations. All food items + breakout meetings are to be held in the one venue.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE ANY PARTITIONS OR SEPARATE AREAS?

The venue is the one main room. We highly recommend coming in to see the venue to ensure the venue works for your style of event.

WHAT ARE THE BUMP IN + OUT TIMES?

You can access the venue for set up 1 hour prior to guest arrival. All items are to be removed at the conclusion of the event.

DO YOU CATER FOR OUR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, we do! Please list all guests in our Special Meal Requirements section on your Final Details Form, + we will cater for their needs 

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE MY FINAL DETAILS FORM DUE?

4 weeks before your Event.

WHEN IS MY FINAL INVOICE DUE?

3 weeks before your Event.

WHEN ARE THE FINAL GUEST NUMBERS FOR MY EVENT DUE?

4 weeks before your Event. 

CAN I ADD GUESTS AFTER I HAVE PAID MY FINAL INVOICE?

Yes, you are able to add guests up to the day of your event.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND FOR ANY GUESTS THAT DROP OUT FROM THE GUEST LIST AFTER THE 3 WEEK MARK?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund after the Final Invoice is issued, and the final guest number is given at 3 weeks out.
